Returns

For health and hygiene reasons, hair cosmetics products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Our other products (hair styling equipment and other hairdressing accessories) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The products must be completely unopened and unused. Opened and/or used products cannot be refunded.


Damaged products

If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us by email at hello@heohair.com. You can let us know whether you want to return the product (for a full refund) or whether you would like us to replace the damaged item.


Incorrect or missing product

If you have received an incorrect product, or if a product is missing completely, please contact us by email at hello@heohair.com. In the email, let us know your order number and which product is missing.


Too many returns

Several uncollected orders or consecutive product returns may cause a temporary delivery ban. In such case, the order will not be fulfilled. The order amount will be refunded in full.


Return confirmation

When we have received your returned items, we will notify you of this by email. If it has been more than a week since you returned your order, and you still haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact us by email at hello@heohair.com. Please note that if you do not pick up your order, we will charge possible postage costs.
